SuppliersIt is not new to Mammut to have ethical requirements for suppliers. We have done so for years. We also set requirements for other business partners. It is simply part of our core values, to think ethics into production. We always make sure that we visit the production facilities and guarantee a minimum wage for employees of our partners around the world. CSRIf you want to operate in the market, the company must demonstrate social responsibility. We look after our employees and work with the compulsory labour regulation “APV” that looks at the physical and psychological working conditions.
Our suppliers must sign that they live up to the requirements described in our Responsible sourcing document which includes amongst other, our code of conduct based on the UNGC ten principles.
